Formalities

Write a summary presentation text on your project and send it to the Cévennes GAL.

This description must highlight in particular :

• The objectives of the project and its added value
• The partners
• The direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project
• The innovative aspect
• The expected effects (socio-economic impact, ecological footprint mitigation, etc.)
• The nature of the planned expenses and if possible a financial estimate of these expenses

If the project fits into one of the action sheets of the GAL…

Complete an aid request form with the support of the GAL technical team, this form can be used to request co-funding

Provide the documents necessary for the study of the file with a view to its passage in the technical committee then in the programming committee. The latter votes on a notice of opportunity and assigns a score according to a selection grid.

Present the project to the programming committee for a final vote, once the co-financing has been obtained

Sign the agreement (legal commitment) with the managing authority

Inform the GAL of any changes

Complete with the help of the GAL a payment request for the payment of LEADER aid
